Real quick, remember this? The front rack on Grumpy?
“It is a Nagaoka, made by Yuki Nagaoka’s family company, Nagaoka Metal Industries, in Japan. I have one, and the matching rear, courtesy his efforts years ago. Very nice welded aluminum racks in the classic Herse style. Depending on when they were made, they were either anodized silver or natural aluminum. Not terribly rigid but very useful and extremely beautiful all the same.” – compassracer
Someone on Flickr saw it and posted the detail. A quick Google hunt didn’t yield a lot of pictures, but did yield confirmation.

So… there it is. Click on the pic for more images, and the blog entry which is pretty interesting too.
Anyhow, time for bed.
